It’s never been our way to use high pressure tactics to sell our services. Instead, we strive to learn what you want to achieve in your sidewalk program. After all, you know your goals better than we do.
Only after we understand your goals do we move forward.
There are typically three steps in the DISCOVER phase: MEETING. SURVEY. PROPOSAL.
MEETING
Our first meeting will define the direction for the project. It’s where we discover what you want to achieve in your sidewalk program.
Once we know this we can decide together on the criteria and areas you’d like to repair first.
We’ll offer guidance but it’s really up to you.
After we agree on a plan, we conduct a survey.
SURVEY
Our specialized surveyors are experienced in both ADA and PROWAG. They’ll evaluate your sidewalks based on your criteria.
During the survey we’ll identify and capture the data points most important to you.
We’ll help you to determine which displacements are good candidates for our cutting method and which are better suited for replacement.
Once the survey is completed, we’ll provide you with a proposal for the repairs.
PROPOSAL
Once we understand your goals and complete your survey, we’ll give you our recommendation for the repairs.
You’ll have the opportunity to review and fine-tune it if necessary.
