EXECUTE
Once the proposal has your approval, we move on to the EXECUTE phase.
This is when we schedule our crews and complete the agreed upon repairs. The timing of this is at your discretion.
The EXECUTE phase has three parts: MARK. CUT. RECYCLE.
MARK
We uniquely mark every sidewalk displacement in the agreed upon area that meets your criteria.
If you choose, we can also mark the panels that should be removed and replaced.
Any locations we’re unsure of will be brought to your attention before any repairs are made.
After we MARK…it’s time to CUT.
CUT
We use a patented system to remove the unwanted concrete and leave behind an ADA compliant (12:1) slope.
In fact, we can repair a trip hazard in about 20 minutes from start to finish.
So you won’t need to close off the area or tear up any sidewalks for us.
And our equipment is lightweight. The whole system fits inside of a 3′ sidewalk. This prevents damage to surrounding lawns or landscaping.
Our technicians are experts at repairing sidewalks.
But they’re also encouraged to communicate with any residents who have questions.
RECYCLE
Our system is among the “greenest” of sidewalk repair methods.
As we cut, we use a dust abatement system designed to capture concrete dust.
And once the unwanted concrete is cut and removed, we collect all the debris to be recycled.
It’s our goal to leave every area we work in better than we found it.
Once we EXECTUE the work, we move on to the DELIVER phase.
