We also deliver vital data about the repairs we made and the criteria area.
Finally, we look to you for valuable feedback about our work which helps us to continually get better at what we do.
The DELIVER phase has three parts: SUMMARY. DATA. LEARN
SUMMARY
When the work is completed, your project manager will present you with a detailed summary of the project.
It will cover the work we did, your actual spending on the project, the hazards removed, your cost savings, suggestions for removal and replacement, and more.
We can also provide an executive summary that can be shared with other decision makers to show what was accomplished.
DATA
We strive to deliver the data that matters most to you.
We present cost savings data to show your actual cost using Safe Step compared with doing a complete removal and replacement.
We supply you with GIS data showing the exact GPS coordinates of every hazard we removed.
We give you the number and location of all panels we’ve recommended for removal and replacement.
And we catalog and backup the details of the work we did for you. This allows for a systematic approach to further improving with your sidewalks next year and beyond.
LEARN
We are continually looking for ways to improve on what we do and bring more value to our clients.
Your direct feedback after a project plays a major role in helping us do that.
We value honesty from our clients about what we did well and what we can improve on.
And we welcome your help in telling others about our work and referring us to new clients who might benefit from our method.
